Patrick Scarlett grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, has lived in Columbia and Myrtle Beach, and now lives and practices in our North Charleston office. Patrick has been with George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers since 2008 and has worked in three of our offices. He has practiced in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, and social security disability and is licensed to practice in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He currently serves the firm as personal injury practice manager and chief operating officer, working to enable our attorneys and staff to better serve our clients.

Patrick attended the University of Notre Dame where he studied physics and was on the Fighting Irish rowing and water polo teams. Patrick went on to attend law school and earn his International M.B.A. at the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal and the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He spent a semester studying Spanish at the University of Salamanca, Spain. Patrick graduated Cum Laude having earned distinctions such as the Order of the Wig and Robe and President’s List.

Patrick and his wife Catherine have a precious daughter Mary Gadsden and the loving support of a large family in the Charleston area. Patrick enjoys being a family man, working with his hands, spending time outdoors, fitness, canoeing, sailing, hiking, and camping.
